OUR SHARED MISSION

God has already set much in motion.

Redeemer is building one shared process to find, equip, and grow 100 new leaders. We are already welcoming new Bible study leaders, strengthening the people who serve today, and preparing the church for the next generation.

MINISTRY & MISSION

Faith in motion across every part of Redeemer.

Your generosity and participation are helping people worship, connect, grow, and serve.

02
02 · FORMATION

Deeper discipleship

Clear pathways for every generation to know Scripture, practice faith, and follow Jesus together.

03
03 · LEADERSHIP

100 new leaders

A shared process to identify, equip, coach, and multiply people who can lead others well.

04
04 · STEWARDSHIP

Finances positioned for growth

A strong and sustainable foundation that makes room for ministry growth and wise long-term decisions.

05
05 · MISSION

Three new locations

Partnerships that expand Lutheran education and Gospel proclamation in three new communities.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Pray. Consider. Commit.

The vision moves forward as each person responds with the gifts, relationships, leadership, and generosity God has entrusted to them.
